‘Fox Drive’ is a new Car Rental Company that provides car rental services all across the United States. They want to create an online website to enable customer reservation and have hired you as a system consultant. Based on the following requirements create a Use Case, Sequence, ER diagram and sql query for a MONTHLY REVENUE REPORT (check Req# 7).

Requirements:

1. ‘Fox Drive’ offers a wide range of vehicles from Cars, Trucks, SUVs, etc.
2. A customer can start the reservation by indicating the Rental Pickup Location, Start and End Dates of Reservation and the category for the Rental vehicle.
3. Based on the customer’s reservation preference, an inventory is shown for the cars available on the dates indicated and the daily rates.
4. In addition, a customer may also add extras to the reservation such as EZ-pass, Car Seat, GPS, etc. Total should be updated based on the selection.
5. Once the reservation is finalized, an online invoice is generated.
6. For this case, assume that the payments will be made online and ignore the INSURANCE DETAILS.
7. ‘Fox Drive’ Branch manager of Poughkeepsie would like to view a monthly revenue report. The manager would also like to know the most popular vehicle of the month. Please provide a SQL query for this report.
